Description

A delightful dish that combines rich steak flavors with creamy pasta. Quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz tortellini
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini and steak back to the skillet, mixing well to combine.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through, and adjust seasoning if needed.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use high-quality steak for the best flavor, and feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers. Adjust garlic to taste.
