- 8 oz tortellini
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini and steak back to the skillet, mixing well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through, and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Use high-quality steak for the best flavor, and feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers. Adjust garlic to taste.
