Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into cubes
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the cubed steak and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Include the diced potatoes and beef broth.
