Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously to combine.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Remove from heat once creamy and thickened.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
