Description

Ingredients

  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously to combine.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  7. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  8. Remove from heat once creamy and thickened.
