Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and water in a large bowl.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices in another bowl.
  5. Stir the dry ingredients gradually into the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
