Description

A delicious and healthy grilled chicken recipe that is versatile for meals and full of smoky flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (for brushing chicken)
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika (for color and flavor)
  • Optional — Marinade of choice (lemon herb, teriyaki, BBQ, etc.)
  • Optional — Fresh herbs (for garnish)
  • Optional — Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high (about 400°F). Clean and oil the grates.
  2. Pat the chicken dry and brush it with olive oil. Season it generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken on the hottest part of the grill. Cook for 6–7 minutes without moving it until grill marks form.
  4. Flip the chicken when it releases easily. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving. Garnish with fresh herbs or lemon if desired.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully cooked. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for better flavor. Always let the chicken rest after grilling for maximum juiciness.
