Ingredients
Scale
- 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (for brushing chicken)
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika (for color and flavor)
- Optional — Marinade of choice (lemon herb, teriyaki, BBQ, etc.)
- Optional — Fresh herbs (for garnish)
- Optional — Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high (about 400°F). Clean and oil the grates.
- Pat the chicken dry and brush it with olive oil. Season it generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the chicken on the hottest part of the grill. Cook for 6–7 minutes without moving it until grill marks form.
- Flip the chicken when it releases easily. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving. Garnish with fresh herbs or lemon if desired.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully cooked. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for better flavor. Always let the chicken rest after grilling for maximum juiciness.
