- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat a griddle over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the vegetable oil and then the diced chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Pour the soy sauce over the chicken and stir well to coat.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
