Description

Quick and tasty Hibachi Chicken brings the flavors of Japanese teppanyaki right to your kitchen, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a griddle over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the vegetable oil and then the diced chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
