Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl.
  3. Pour the Greek yogurt into the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for about 15-20 times.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a bagel ring.
  6. Brush each bagel with egg wash and add desired seasonings.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and springy to the touch.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes before serving.
