- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 egg (lightly beaten for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl.
- Pour the Greek yogurt into the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for about 15-20 times.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a bagel ring.
- Brush each bagel with egg wash and add desired seasonings.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and springy to the touch.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Use room temperature yogurt for easier mixing.
