A delightful blend of flavors with marinated chicken in savory Korean BBQ sauce and crunchy cabbage slaw, perfect for quick meals or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in Korean BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it and place it on the hamburger buns.
  6. Top with the cabbage slaw and garnish with sliced green onions.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy kick, add sriracha or kimchi to the slaw. Feel free to substitute chicken thighs with breasts or tofu for a vegetarian option.
