- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in Korean BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, mix together the cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice it and place it on the hamburger buns.
- Top with the cabbage slaw and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes
