Description

A quick and delicious dish featuring ground beef, soy sauce, and sweet hoisin sauce, served with linguine.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce; pour over the cooked beef.
  6. Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
