- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce; pour over the cooked beef.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
