Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until it’s soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Once the beef is cooked, add the chopped cabbage. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook everything for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with rice or noodles. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
