A delicious dish combining savory flavors with nutritious cabbage and ground beef, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until it’s soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  5. Once the beef is cooked, add the chopped cabbage. Stir well to combine.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook everything for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender.
  8. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
