- 1 lb steak (flank, skirt, or sirloin)
- 2 bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- Tortillas (for serving)
- Pico de gallo (for topping)
- Avocado (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Slice the steak into thin strips and season with fajita seasoning.
- Add olive oil to the griddle and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until they are tender.
- Push the veggies to one side and add the steak to the griddle, cooking until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Combine the veggies and steak on the griddle for a minute to mix the flavors.
- Serve the fajitas with warm tortillas and top with pico de gallo and avocado.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer for doneness. Let the steak rest to keep it juicy. Feel free to add extra veggies or marinate the steak for more flavor.
