Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak or skirt steak
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • Tortillas (for serving)

  • Guacamole (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the griddle over high heat.
  2. Season the steak with fajita seasoning and drizzle with olive oil.
