- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill on medium-high heat.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat them with the Parmesan mix, pressing the mixture onto the chicken.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Let the chicken rest after grilling to keep it juicy. For added flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil and garlic powder for a few hours before cooking.
