Instructions
- Clean the pig feet thoroughly under running water. Cut into pieces if large.
- Combine the pig feet, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, vinegar, and enough water to cover the ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 120-180 minutes until the pig feet are tender.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve hot with cornbread and collard greens.
